Scoring and Results
Mostly A – Dominant Vata
You are imaginative, creative, energetic, and highly adaptable. You thrive on change and inspiration but can easily become anxious, restless, or overwhelmed if your environment or routines are inconsistent. You may experience irregular digestion, dry skin, cold hands and feet, and scattered energy. Mentally, you are quick, curious, and often full of new ideas, but you may struggle to follow through or feel grounded.
Supporting Vata
Diet: Focus on warm, cooked, and nourishing foods like soups, stews, root vegetables, grains, nuts, and healthy oils. Avoid raw, cold, and dry foods that can aggravate Vata. Include regular meals and snacks to stabilize energy.
Movement: Gentle, grounding exercises such as yin yoga, tai chi, restorative yoga, or slow walks. Avoid overexertion or chaotic exercise routines.
Daily Routine: Keep regular wake-up and sleep times. Incorporate calming rituals, meditation, and oil massages to soothe the nervous system.
Mindset: Practice mindfulness, journaling, or meditation to stay present and reduce mental restlessness. Engage in activities that bring creativity and flow.
Mostly B – Dominant Pitta
You are intelligent, focused, driven, and highly energetic. You have strong digestion, an athletic frame, and natural leadership abilities. However, your intensity can sometimes lead to irritability, impatience, or a tendency to overwork. Mentally, you are analytical, decisive, and goal-oriented, often excelling in challenging tasks.
Supporting Pitta
Diet: Favor cooling and hydrating foods such as cucumbers, melons, leafy greens, whole grains, and dairy. Limit spicy, sour, or fried foods, caffeine, and alcohol which can increase heat.
Movement: Moderate exercise such as swimming, walking, cycling, or gentle strength training. Avoid excessive heat or intense competition that may increase stress.
Daily Routine: Incorporate cooling rituals, spend time in nature, practice pranayama or meditation to calm the mind. Maintain a balanced schedule to avoid overexertion.
Mindset: Practice compassion and patience with yourself and others. Use mindfulness and journaling to process intense emotions and prevent irritability.
Mostly C – Dominant Kapha
You are grounded, stable, loyal, and strong. You have steady digestion, endurance, and resilience. However, your natural calmness can lead to sluggishness, attachment, or resistance to change. Mentally, you are patient and thoughtful but may struggle with inertia or procrastination.
Supporting Kapha
Diet: Favor light, dry, and warming foods like legumes, spices, vegetables, and fermented foods. Limit heavy, oily, or overly sweet foods that may increase stagnation.
Movement: Engage in invigorating and stimulating exercises such as cardio, hiking, running, or dynamic yoga. Move in the morning to energize your system.
Daily Routine: Keep routines varied and active. Avoid long periods of inactivity and prioritize stimulating social and mental activities.
Mindset: Challenge yourself with new experiences and maintain mental engagement. Use meditation or breathwork to uplift energy and prevent complacency.
Mixed Types
Vata-Pitta
You combine creativity and adaptability with drive and focus. This combination is dynamic and versatile but can be prone to burnout. Balance grounding routines with cooling practices, moderate exercise, and a nourishing diet. Avoid overwork and overstimulation.
Vata-Kapha
You combine bursts of energy with steadiness. You may be creative yet grounded, but can oscillate between restlessness and lethargy. Support yourself with warm, nourishing meals, moderate movement, and calming routines.
Pitta-Kapha
You combine determination with endurance and stability. You may be productive and resilient, but prone to rigidity or resistance to change. Balance cooling and light foods, stay physically active, and incorporate calming practices to prevent heat and stagnation.
Tri-Dosha
You have all three doshas in similar amounts. You are balanced but sensitive to fluctuations in environment, diet, and stress. Adjust meals, movement, and routines according to season, energy, and personal needs. Observe which practices support you best in each moment.
