The Story Behind the Studio

A serious illness changed everything for me. It pushed me to slow down and to search for a way of living that feels lighter, calmer, and more intentional. Over time, I found my way back through gentle practices like yoga, ayurveda, and plant-based nutrition. This journey taught me that healing often begins in the small moments. In the kitchen. In nature. In daily life.

That’s why I created cooking & healing studio: a space where plant-based cooking meets holistic health and mindful self-care.
