These sesame bites are a deliciously simple snack that uses just a few wholesome ingredients. The naturally sweet banana binds the seeds together, while the chocolate adds a decadent touch. Perfect for kids, lunchboxes, or a quick energy boost.

Ingredients
1 overripe banana
1 cup (120 g) sesame seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop small portions of the mixture onto it. Press a small indentation into the center of each piece.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) convection for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the sesame bites cool completely, then pour a bit of melted dark chocolate into each indentation.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top and place the bites in the refrigerator for one hour to set.
Serve and enjoy.
